The APM Governance SIG now have three publications available for viewing on this page.

The guide Directing Change: A guide to governance of project managementwas launched in September 2004. It has proved highly popular with over 60,000 copies currently in circulation.

Co-Directing Change: A guide to the governance of multi-owned projects, is the sister guide to the successful APM publication, Directing Change. This guide follows a structured approach that enables directors to question how well shared projects are governed and to decide where and at what level action is needed. It is founded upon twelve principles that should apply to any multi-owned project in either the public or private sectors, or indeed in public-private partnerships.

Sponsoring Change: A guide to the governance aspects of project sponsorship was launched in October 2009.This guide explains why every project needs a sponsor, what attributes are required of sponsors and the organisations that appoint them and what a sponsor does. It applies across sectors, to all types of organisations and contains useful checklists.
