APM are supporting the European Construction Institute (ECI) International Conference 2015 taking place on the 25-26 June in the Netherlands. 

Themed as Future Projects: Strategies, Systems and Supply-chains, this conference will provide a platform to highlight the latest advancements within the engineering construction sector.

There will be presentations from Shell, McKinsey & Company and TU Delft for the strategies stream to help delegates gain an understanding on the changing project environment including challenges in projects and future client needs.

The systems stream will have speakers from IBM, Mammoet and Cofely Fabricom who will be focusing on the use of cutting-edge technology, big data and modularisation.

Exploring the supply chain theme, representatives from Schiphol Group, Intergraph and Advitec & NAP will discuss stakeholder engagement, effective front-end planning and the development of the right skills and competencies. 

The two day event will feature presentations, Q&A opportunities and break-out sessions to explore the key themes with a gala dinner and awards ceremony at the end of the first day.
