Institute of civil engineers conference 2015The Institution of Civil Engineers are holding their annual skills conference, Talent Development for Project Delivery on Tuesday 21 April 2015 in Westminster, London which will be supported by APM.

This one day event will be looking at industry case studies, identifying gaps in engineer’s technical skill set and how to develop soft skills. Sessions will outline skills needed by employees and analyse the most effective way of ensuring that they have them.

Key sessions include:

  • Big data and informatics
  • Recognising and using transferable skills 
  • Employee engagement 
  • Utilising diversity

Speakers come from WYG, Laing O’Rourke, HS2, Crossrail, Environment Agency and more.
