"Clienting" and governance of business cases

Nearly 100 delegates attended the Governance SIG's evening event on 9th September in London: "Clienting" and governance of business cases.  Following an introduction from Chair Martin Samphire, Andrew Spiers and Mike Reynolds from Network Rail discussed the Network Rail governance model for clienting and benefits tracking / realisation.
