Russel Jamieson, chair of APM People SIG (Specific Interest Group), will be speaking at Project Challenge regarding local and offshore communication and how to keep project team members engaged both at home and offshore.

In this interactive session, Russel and Ann Pilkington (People SIG communications) will discuss the latest thinking in employee communication and engagement.  How can communication take account of culture, both organisational and country? How can a project balance the importance of listening and acting on feedback (the secret of engagement) with the need to keep focussed?

Russels presentation takes place on the first day of the two day event held at Olympia London at 12.15pm on Wenesday 12th March. There is also an opportunity to speak directly with an APM representative on stand 140 about all products and services offered by the largest project management professional body in Europe, including membership, qualifications, events, publications and much more.
