Construction contracts - your views needed
Posted by APM on 21st Aug 2015
RIBA Enterprises are conducting their bi-annual Construction Contracts and Law Survey, entering all respondents into a prize draw.
The survey asks for your views on construction contracts that you use and any legal issues that you may have encountered.
Particularly for UK-based projects and international projects handed from the UK by UK based organisations over the last 12 months that have been started, completed or disputed.
The survey is an independent review of legal and contractual issues throughout the industry that will provide accurate and in-depth representation of issues and disputes at each phase of construction.
It will cover topics such as main dispute issues, duration and value, effects on pricing, tendering and procurement issues and legal issues around the adoption of BIM in contracts.
The survey closes on 16 September and three winners will be able to choose a John Lewis voucher or a charity donation with the first prize being £250 and two runner-up prizes of £150.
The results of the survey will be published in November 2015.
