This interactive presentation investigated over twenty techniques to avoid, stimulate and recognise creativity when dealing with problems.

For those who like to be busy multitasking, or are easily bored while attending such events, therewere a number of grisly, pressing example problems to be considered in parallel while the presentation took place.

Any replication of real lifewas completely intentional.

Delegatesleft with some new tools, or their old tools re-sharpened. Alternatively, they may be no more creative themselves; but they will surely recognise the talents and techniques within their teams and colleagues.
