On the 28th of January 2010, Eric Bunce, Peter Holliday and Roy Carroll made a presentation to the South Wales and West of England branchentitled Creativity in briefingwhich asked why some of the most well-briefed schemes still fall short of stakeholder expectations and suggested that it could be that the briefing documents are at fault. The session also explainedhow to put some creativity and life into your briefing documents.
