Directing Agile Change Webinar, 18th October 2016, resources
Posted by Finlay on 19th Oct 2016
Directing Agile Change is the latest offering from APM’s Governance Specific Interest Group (SIG). Following the success of previous Change guides, this latest guidance is aimed at those involved in the governance of all change initiatives, with an emphasis on those at senior level – board members, sponsors and stage gate reviewers, etc.
Directing Agile Change is the first ‘how to’ agile guide published by APM. It seeks to recognise that agile is not limited to software development but can also be applied to many aspects of an organisation.
This webinar launched the guide 'Directing Agile Change: Guidance to the governance of Agile Project Management', and presented its rationale and highlights.
The presenters Roger Garrini and Andy Murray have given permission for the content to be made available for viewing in the APM resources area and also listed below.

With pressures on costs and efficiency, the trend appears to continue for ever increasing instances of co-owned projects - whether it is government-to-government, government-to-industry, industry-to-industry or other forms of joint projects. If you are involved in one of those, then the Governance of Co-Owned Projects is for you!
Good governance is about how people behave. These behaviours need to be set from the top.
