Association for Project Management (APM) is among the contributors to a new report published today on project management by national newspaper the Sunday Telegraph.

Don’t worry if you didn't manage to get hold of the supplement, you can read the article here.

In the report, David Thomson, head of external affairs at APM, shares his thoughts on how the fourth industrial revolution is set to transform nearly every aspect of how we live and work and how, in many areas, it is already doing so.

“The astounding pace of digital change over the past decade will pale in comparison with the transformations promised by automation, artificial intelligence and robotics in the years ahead,” says David.

“Project professionals are often at the sharp end of delivering change, so it is important that profession is flexible and adaptive.”

This topic is explored further in APM’s Projecting the Future ‘Big Conversation’ initiative.
