The Enabling Change SIG Annual General Meeting took place on Thursday 9th June 2016 at 19:00pm, in London.

The following committee nominees put themselves forward for election, and all were unanimously voted onto the Enabling Change SIG by the fourteen present APM individual members during the AGM.

Existing team:

  • Parag Gogate
  • Elisabeth Goodman
  • David Packham
  • Martin Taylor
  • Simon Williams

Brand new members:

  • Tim Beaumont
  • Bakr Zade

Following the first committee meeting for the 2016-2017 period, the roles were voted for and the Chair will continue in post this year and new Secretary is Tim Beaumont.

The structure of the Enabling Change SIG will focus on some key areas for the year ahead:

  • New research - to explore 'Measures and Factors of success for organisational change'
  • Change Practitioner Groups: Transportation and Public Services
  • Learning and development
  • Internal collaboration
