The Enabling Change SIG online committee election closed on Thursday 12 July 2018 at 23:59hours.

The following committee nominees put themselves forward for election, and were voted onto the Enabling Change SIG with a majority result, 10 out of the 11APM individual members who participated in voting.

Existing members:

  • Michelle DeBrett-Watson
  • Hamza Jamil
  • Donna Unitt


New members:

  • Harriet Taylor
  • Niruja Thiyagan

 

Following the online election, at the first committee meeting for the 2018/19 period the committee elected the roles of Chair and Secretary.

The meeting was on Tuesday 24 July, at The Office Group, Henry Wood House, 2 Riding House St, Marylebone, London, W1W 7FA. At the meeting Judd Norton was proposed to be elected by the committee as a co-opted member for the year after missing the nomination deadline. The committee voted and unanimously agreed to co-opt him as a member.

Donna Unitt put herself forward for the role of Chair and Hamza Jamil seconded this.  All voting members in attendance voted unanimously to support this.
Judd Norton put himself forward for the role of Secretary which David Packham seconded.  All voting members in attendance voted unanimously to support this.

In October Hamza Jamil stood down from the committee.

Those on the current committee who do not stand for re-election, or are not voted on by the APM membership, will continue in role and on the committee until Friday 31 August 2018 at 23:59hours for the handover and shadowing window.

  • David Packham
  • Simon Williams


The new committee of voted on members for 2018/19, including those elected to the role of Chair and Secretary will formally begin their roles from Saturday 1 September 2018.
