Programme Management Conference 2016
We held our Annual Programme Management Conference in March 2016 in London, with the theme of ‘Equipping Programme Managers for Global Success’.
It is now widely accepted that the only constant is change, and as the programme management environment becomes increasingly more mainstream and widely adopted, there is a need to ensure current and future programme managers have the skills and experience necessary to succeed. Our one-day international conference explored this theme through presentations from 10 speakers and discussion.
A review of the conference and individual presentations can be found in the document attached below. We have provided a short review, along with embedded slides and audio.
