On the 29th March 2011, the APM Value Management SIG held an event in London entitled Getting the best value from your project not just the least cost.
Shushma Perry presented a case study on value management in Yorkshire Water and Andy Eastuagh used the example of Bank station to illustrate value management in London Underground.
SIG Chairman Peter Langley gave a presentation that looked at therelationship between benefits and valueand John Heathcote presented suggestions for using value management in an organisation that is reluctant to embrace the technique.
