Roy Millard, founder and Chairman of the APM Assurance Specific Interest Group (SIG), and author of the recently published Integrated Assurance SIG guide, will be addressing at Project Challenge how even the most mature organisations can struggle with knowing how to arrange assurance so that it doesnt become an onerous burden to their projects and become a significant risk to them.

Roy will be describing a structure approach to integrating assurance in your organisation, developing an approach in which assurance providers work together and share information; where stakeholders can get a complete and joined-up assurance picture and where inefficient overlaps and ineffective gaps are eliminated.

Roy's presentation takes place on the second day of the two day event at Olympia London at 14.00pm on Wednesday 15th October. There is also the opportunity to speak directly with an APM representative on stand 140 about all products and services offered by the largest project management professional body in Europe, including membership, qualifications, events, publications and much more.
