Introduction to risk management webinar

APM's vision is for a world in which all projects succeed. At its heart, project management is about making the right decisions, at the right times, before commitments are made to clients, stakeholders and other parties while avoiding unrealistic expectations.

Risk is inherent in everything we do and risk management applies to any projects regardless of size and complexity.

Estelle Detrembleur, a committee member of the APM RISK SIG, gave an introduction to risk management using the Channel Tunnel as an example.
