Stephen Carver was warmly welcomed in Glasgow on Tuesday 26th May by an excited audience to hear his presentation 'leading in difficult and uncertain times: the Battle of Britain'. Through project manager's ability to be spontaneous or not, their ability to switch between planned and non planned activities, is a key factor to the current 68% of project failure.

This shocking statistic, was expanded by exploring the structural and dynamic complexity using the Brisith flight analogy. In exploring some of our historic flying projects, the room was shown the close relationship between these two complexities at different stages of maturity. At the end of the presentation the summary clearly states that the ability to do more with less and incorporating space for agile development will support any project on its journey towards success.

Stephen has very kindly shared his presentation material from the evening.
