Leading projects firm achieves APM Corporate Accreditation

APM is delighted to announce that Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM), a leading projects firm, has achieved APM Corporate Accreditation for its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business.
SKM offers its clients global capability in strategic consulting, engineering and project delivery and the APM Corporate Accreditation confirms its commitment to high quality project management across all its services. The accreditation covers its operations in 13 countries across EMEA and a total of 950 people.
Speaking about what achieving APM Corporate Accreditation means to SKM, Jon Pike (pictured right), Area Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa said:
We have recognised that technical excellence is not sufficient to provide our clients with the services they require. We need to couple that subject matter expertise with a strong project management capability and culture.
APM Corporate Accreditation gives us the framework and tools to ensure that our people have standards to aspire to and our clients the comfort that we take project management seriously on all our engagements".

Agile refuses to analyse requirements beforehand – and thus declines to provide an initial certainty. This will probably always scare any stakeholder trying to understand whether or not they can show results to the board with the budget that they are granted.
You have a choice. You can either muddle on, stand firm and fix it – or look elsewhere.
