Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) update
The HEI sub-committee has been engaging with University College London, University of Westminster and University of Roehampton. Our next HEI-focused event in November is likely to be held at one of the universities in London.
If you are interested in getting involved or would like to help, please get in touch with Richard Fanning who is HEI lead, or approach any committee member at a London branch event.
After the AGM we were once more delighted to welcome Stephen Carver as our guest speaker. His presentation explained the art of storytelling to achieve clear and positive communication with many interesting and hilarious insights into how it can so easily go wrong.
Corporate member representatives attended an RPP Workshop delivered by Carol Bell who shared information about the standard and the road to receiving this prestigious designation. Carol, herself an Honorary Fellow of APM and RPP is an RPP assessor and shared much practical knowledge, particularly geared to the corporate member audience.
