Many thanks for your time on the 16th December it was a very productive meeting, and the notes for the Structure Working Group meeting are now available.
Please can you review these and take note of the actions highlighted under the discussion items. Please do let us know if you have any queries, or require any further information.
We will be in touch in the New Year with an update on these actions. If an action has been allocated to you, please can you provide any updates to email@example.com so that we are able to track progress in anticipation of setting up the next meeting of the Group.

Agile refuses to analyse requirements beforehand – and thus declines to provide an initial certainty. This will probably always scare any stakeholder trying to understand whether or not they can show results to the board with the budget that they are granted.
