Posted by APM on 15th Dec 2011
Many thanks for your time on the 28 November - it was a very productive meeting, and the Structure Working Group notes are now available.
Please can you review these and take note of the actions highlighted under the discussion items. If an action has been allocated to you, please can you provide any updates to email@example.com, so that we are able to track progress.
This meeting was the final face-to-face meeting of the Structure Working Group. Work is starting on the final draft, which will be available virtually for your input, and we will be in touch in the New Year with dates for this.
Many thanks again for your time and effort on the Body of Knowledge Refresh. We wish you a relaxing Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Agile refuses to analyse requirements beforehand – and thus declines to provide an initial certainty. This will probably always scare any stakeholder trying to understand whether or not they can show results to the board with the budget that they are granted.
You have a choice. You can either muddle on, stand firm and fix it – or look elsewhere.
