Paul Morgan
Paul is heading SABMiller’s Global Business Services Demand & Portfolio Management function.  He is currently responsible for working with senior management to define and govern a $120m project portfolio that contains approximately 450 initiatives across 48 countries.  Paul has over six years’ experience within Portfolio Management, prior to this he has served the public sector as a project manager where he led major IT projects at Transport for London.  Paul is a certified practitioner of Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Management of Portfolios (MoP) and PRINCE2. Lynne Ratcliffe
Lynne is the Portfolio Governance Manager at the Yorkshire Building Society (YBS). She has been working to deliver standards to help drive effective systems to enable the reporting at the Portfolio Level.  This feeds into the group's Board and Change Board for effective decision making.  YBS presented their market leading Portfolio Management at the APM’s Portfolio Management Conference in 2015. (back to top)

Jo Matthews
Jo has a certification in the Institute of Risk Management with 12 years’ experience in Operational Risk Management, all of which have been in the financial sector. She has been with the Yorkshire Building Society group for 18 months. Jo is responsible for the Risk and Assurance framework across the Change portfolio, which includes the YBS Risk Assurance Board and related Portfolio Risk reporting. Since joining the YBS she has driven significant improvements in the way the group manage their Portfolio Risks. (back to top)

Stephen Parrett
Stephen has spent most of his professional life in the financial services industry, switching into change management in the 1990s, initially in project management and then in the arena of portfolio management, mainly at the corporate level. He has developed and managed a range of different portfolio operating models (including IT-only, single division, and organisation-wide) with reporting to executive-level portfolio committees. Since the mid-2000s, Stephen has been an independent consultant specialising in portfolio management as well as benefits management and business case development, with private and public sector organisations. (back to top)

Steve Leary 
Steve has over 25 years’ experience of business and IT change through portfolio, programme and project management. He has established, planned and successfully delivered transformational change and continuous improvement. Steve has organised and managed major portfolios in the transport, banking and pharmaceuticals sectors and as a consultant implemented portfolio management at a key aviation control R&D facility. (back to top)

Mike Florence
Mike works with Science and Engineering SME-Large Cap organisations to deliver greater value for customers, investments for business growth and more time to staff for innovation and improvements.  He has 30 years experience across chemicals, pharmaceuticals, supply chain and R&D using portfolio, project, risk and lean sigma to deliver sustained benefits that was recognised through winning European Strategic Risk Award. Mike has coached and developed project managers and project leaders as part of setting up the P3M structure. He worked with all key AstraZeneca products to review and re-design supply chains to deliver the best mix of customer service and cost. (back to top)

Pauline Stewart-Long
Pauline has over 25 years proven experience of delivering results in multi-national healthcare organisations.  After several years as a project manager in various therapeutic areas she became a Portfolio Director in late stage development and later established a similar role within discovery and early drug development at GlaxoSmithKline. As VP Global R&D Project Management at GlaxoSmithKline she led a major program to implement an enterprise project management system with the associated process, practices and cultural change to support further development of the portfolio management practice. Now a freelance consultant she was elected Chairman Pharmaceutical Industry Project Management Group (PIPMG) in January 2015. (back to top)
