Project Challenge 2013Peter Glynne, founder and past chair of APM Benefits Management SIG (Specific Interest Group), will be addressing at Project Challenge how senior management teams in local government can deliver beneficial change against a backdrop of public sector spending cuts.

Based on a recent APM local government thought leadership report, Peter will share six action points that collectively challenge managers across local government to continually push the boundaries of change enabling successful benefits realisation.

Peters presentation takes place on the first day of the two day event at Olympia London at 3:15pm on Tuesday 15th October. There is also an opportunity to speak directly with an APM representative on stand 140 about all products and services offered by the largest project management professional body in Europe, including membership, qualifications, events, publications and much more.
