Whether changes being implemented are organisational, procedural or driven by new technology, success is largely dependant on leadership style, harnessing the skills of the project team and effectively engaging with those affected by the changes being implemented.

Nick Fewings, Director of The Colour Works International Ltd. whose background has included senior change management roles in Barclays and the provision of change management and consultancy to global organisations opened delegates' eyes to both their own and their team's potential.

Nicks experience of leading change which impacted up to 5,000 people, combined with his knowledge of behavioural psychology proved a fascinating combination.  

Delegates left at the end of the evening in no doubt about their own personality traits, and more importantly with some idea of the effect their behaviour traits had on others!
