Staffordshire APM Chapter Presentation - Delivering benefit from change

In an overview of benefits management principals and process, Peter highlighted the importance of benefit management throughout and beyond the project lifecycle and the need to align the change journey and project benefits with organisational strategy. A short practical session allowed participants to explore techniques for developing a benefits map for a fictitious organisation. The follow-on discussion explored the need to engage senior stakeholders, measuring of non-financial benefits and investigating benefits beyond the immediate brief.
