The future of the project management profession
On a damp, foggy January evening Paul Major ventured into darkest Norfolk to deliver a sparkling session on the future of Project Management. Full of vigour and challenge, Paul took us back into the past to demonstrate the pace of change and then challenged us to shape the next part of the session through break out groups looking at the realist view, the critical view and the dreamer (or visionary?) view the future of our profession.
Gritty and packed full of tips and thought provoking discussion, this session is a must for any of us who really want to embrace the future and become the Change maker. The challenges of the evening worked both ways, with Paul experiencing more Hoo Haas than this talk had ever generated before, dispelling any myths about the quiet people of Norwich.
