OPS was established by Dr. Glen Fox in 1994 as a consultancy of business psychologists where the rigorous and scientific standards of psychometrics could meet the creative and client focused requirements of consultancy in business psychology. She is also contracted by the Senior Civil Service to assess top grade Civil Servants when they apply for promotion.
Another ongoing project involves regularly profiling failing doctors and hospital consultants for the NHS to predict whether they might pose a further risk to patients. She has worked all over the world for large and small companies, in the public, private and voluntary sectors, including aerospace, retail, health, education, local and central government, financial services and manufacturing.
