Understanding why people behave as they do - to improve change delivery, 9th June 2016, research report slides available

On Thursday 9th June 2016 the Enabling Change SIG hosted an update from the volunteer research team comprising Parag Gogate, Rod Willis and Carole Osterweil. The research piece 'Understanding why people behave as they do - to improve change delivery' was first submitted as a proposal in March 2015 with and now is in the analysis stage.
