Melissa is the Head of Digital Portfolio at the London Borough of Haringey with twenty years’ in the project management profession.  Her current role provides strategic leadership to the Digital PMO, Programmes, Projects, Business Analysis, Platform Development, Data Science and Content teams within one of London’s thirty-three local authorities.
Over the past two years Melissa has restructured and recruited her service with over two thirds of her current team joining since the pandemic and working entirely remotely. Throughout, she has created and maintained a high-trust culture and a high performing and happy team.
