Synopsis: How recognising Knowledge Management can help you deliver better projects
All project work includes knowledge management. Whether you recognise it or not, we guarantee you are already using some knowledge management ideas. We will share some stories to help you recognise the knowledge management you are already doing – and help you appreciate how looking at project work through a knowledge lens can help you deliver better projects. Please set your assumptions and preconceptions aside: this session will change your mind about what knowledge management is and what it can do for you.
