Head of change management at MIGSO PCUBED

James is the Head of Change Management for MI-GSO|Pcubed, multiple winners of the APM Project Management consultancy of the year.

James has many years of cross sector experience in a number of corporate cultures in the private and public sector within and without the UK. He is passionate about engaging everybody effected by organisational change and ensuring that the messaging they receive is resonant with their role, culture, ways of working and neurodiversity profile: no one gets left behind. Change interventions need to be tailored not only to fit the generic corporate culture but also for every individual within that organisation.

James leads MI-GSO|Pcubed's Change Management Service Line supporting the global business and enabling them to deliver tailored, practical and effective change and adoption solutions. He is a member of the Association of Change Management Practitioners (ACMP), an authorised trainer for the APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner qualification and co author of the Practical Change Management course.
