Synopsis

The session will look at sustainability in project management over three main themes: 1. making your project more sustainable; 2. managing a sustainability project and finally, 3. the role of sustainability innovations in project management. Exemplar project case studies will be referenced. Sam will set the context for sustainability in 2021 and frame todays perception of the need to consider it as an integral part of project delivery, against the concept of it being a ‘bolt on’ to project management two decades ago.
