Panel discussion: Triple Bottom Line vs. Time Cost Quality - exploring long term thinking around projects and the planet and sustainability in policy
It’s clear that sustainability can no longer be ignored as a fundamental measure of project success - but what does this mean for future projects? How will the often talked about ‘Triple Bottom Line’ (an accounting framework covering social, environmental, and financial factors) align with the traditional ‘Time, Cost, Quality’ measures of project success? In this panel our team of sustainability experts will discuss how future policy and strategies on projects and programmes are likely to develop and change in order to cement the role that projects have to reduce environmental impact and move further along the road to net zero. Delegates are also invited to take part in the discussion by posing their questions to the panel.
This session will provide value and insight to any project professional interested in broadening their knowledge in this area and contributing to the wider sustainability discussion.
