Amerjit Walia

Amerjit Walia is Lead Training & Project Consultant of AK Optimize Ltd who provide specialist consultancy and training services to organisations in project programme management, agile working, human resources & talent, including building high performance teams and developing project leadership.

Working in partnership with University of West London, Amerjit is responsible for delivering the university’s APM courses.

Amerjit’s industry background is leading the HR function for various organisations and previously worked with a number of Universities developing and leading MSc Project Management programmes as well as delivering on MBA, International Business Management and Professional HR courses.

Amerjit has also worked with Korn Ferry (Hay Group) and has an international work portfolio in delivering workshops on Systems Leadership, Team Building, Employee Engagement and International HR Management courses throughout Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, India and China. Clients include Engineering and IT firms, as well as the NHS, Central and local Government and other large corporations.
