Tittle of presentation:
A recipe for success – governance & controls in major government transformation programmes

Synopsis
Joanne will explore the challenges and opportunities associated with governance and project control mechanisms faced by major government transformation programmes.  She will illustrate the challenges using a case study from the Department for Work & Pensions with a particular focus on blending agile and waterfall delivery methods.

This will be an interactive session where delegates will have an opportunity to explore the recipe for success for governance in major transformation programmes, and gain an understanding of how this will translate to their own organisation. Joanne will share lessons from DWP in respect of processes, structure, culture and organisational learning.
