Lee Sankey is the founder of Door, a business evolution partner. Door is a blend of strategic consultancy, design agency and innovation firm. Door has recently launched Phlynt, a sister company providing creative training for business. A recognised design and innovation leader Lee, has worked with global brands such as Volvo, Barclays, Vodafone, Skype, Yamaha, and Puma.


Rebecca Kemp is a digital transformation expert and associate partner at Door. She leads user-centered, agile, service transformation programmes, and specialises in working with organisations who are new to these approaches.
Rebecca is an experienced trainer, working with companies, government and charities to develop their capabilities in digital delivery, agile and leadership.
Rebecca has been interim digital director at Public Health England, head of policy at the Government Digital Service, and worked with clients including Hewlett Packard, EY and Sopra Steria. Rebecca is particularly interested in digital skills, culture and leadership, and regularly speaks about these topics at conferences.
