Specialising in leading and managing innovation programmes, Merryn has an extensive experience and toolkits to draw on. Merryn has acted both in advisory and delivery roles across a variety of organisations within the Telecommunications, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Retail sectors.
Merryn recently led the design, implementation and operation of the central Project Management Office (PMO) function on a multi-million pound transformation change programme, using both traditional and agile methods and tools.
