Founder and Managing Director of pressurepoint GB

A former international athlete and advertising executive, Hertfordshire based Adrian Green is the Founder and Managing Director of pressurepoint GB. 

Adrian specialises in partnering with senior executives, especially in (Marketing/Media/Sales and Leadership roles), vertical and horizontal teams as well as devising and delivering bespoke and cutting edge leadership and management development programmes. He has worked with clients such as AOL/Huffington Post, MediaCom, Channel 4, Sky, Mode Media, MTV, Microsoft and News UK to name just a few. He also works internationally working with teams in Poland, The Netherlands, France, Russia, Ireland and Turkey. Adrian is passionate in helping teams be their best and win. He played a key part in creating a winning team for the £250 million government COI pitch win for GroupM and played a similar role for MediaCom London in helping them retain their £86 million RBS account with his high performing team work sessions. He was also recognised for helping the newly formed Platform A team, post its ‘AOL and advertising.com acquisition’, move from 17th to 5th on the IPA Media Owner Survey Listings in less than a year, by getting the leadership ‘group’ to operate as a highly effective team. 

A founder member of the Association of Coaching back in 2001, Adrian blends his sharp business acumen and understanding to a clients business with empathy and compassion whilst remaining supportive yet, challenging. 

Adrian inspires people and teams to be their authentic self. To have the confidence and self-belief to find the courage to look at what’s not working and what is working, to think strategically and tactically and find new options and possibilities of moving forward and reaching objectives. He gets a real kick out of helping others to be their brilliant best. 

And reminds his coaches that fun and humour is useful too. He draws from several coaching and psychological models, tailoring his approach. He is qualified in MBTI, Firo- B, The Emotional Capital Report (EI for leaders), Tracom’s Social Styles, Thomas-Kilmann Inventory (conflict management) The Cultural Orientation Framework, Hogan Assessments, PROPHET team assessment psychometrics and the MTQ48 Mental Toughness Questionnaire.
