Pete coaches business leaders, executives, corporate teams and sporting stars to achieve their best. He is the author of 19 published books, several of which have been best-sellers across the world in multiple languages, including Shut the Duck Up, Habit Busting, Fear Busting, Life DIY and Sort Your Life Out and his most recent publication, Inspirators – Leading The Way In Leadership.

Pete had his own show on TV called The Coach and was the resident Life Coach on ITV’s GMTV for 12 years. Pete has coached numerous world-class sporting stars and teams reach their peak performance, including Sally Gunnell, Ellen MacArthur, Roger Black, the Kent Cricket Team and the Arsenal Football team. Pete also undertook a one on one programme with World Snooker Champion Ronnie O’Sullivan helping him to win his second World title in 2004.

The typical human being has on average 70,000 thoughts every day. For most people around 90% of these are thoughts that are the same and similar as yesterday. In order to change our worlds we first must change our thinking.  

In this talk Pete will share the new science of thinking and how we can create more success, productivity and fulfilment by applying some simple and powerful strategies to help us ‘think differently’ and approach the week ahead with a mindset open to different and new ideas.
