Young Project Professional of the Year 2021 

Jess is a Senior Consultant at Gate One – an award-winning digital and business transformation consultancy. She has over five years’ experience working with public and private sector clients, including Central Government and FTSE 100 companies. Her work blends project management, strategic advisory and creative thinking.  

Jess holds a first-class degree from the University of Cambridge in Theology and Religious Studies and has completed the Management Studies Tripos at the Cambridge Judge Business School. She holds Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner and Professional Scrum Master qualifications and is currently studying Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). 

In 2021, Jess was named Young Project Professional of the Year at the APM Awards for her work designing and implementing a community engagement strategy for an NHS mental health team. She was also featured as Project Magazine’s ‘Rising Star’ in their Spring 2022 issue.  

In her spare time Jess enjoys playing sport and recently managed the u18 girls football team for Great Britain at the Maccabiah Games (also known as the Jewish Olympics).
