“AgiLean PM” - A new strategic framework to manage construction projects
Many construction projects face challenging project requirements and expectations. So there is a need for actions that are highly focused on meeting client expectations as well as on efficient and structured processes. Such scenarios require management methods which allow for; on the one hand, effectiveness and efficiency, but on the other, flexibility and the ability to react to uncertainties. To meet these scenarios a concept is derived which is labelled 'AgiLean PM'. The combination of 'Lean' and 'Agile' methods will create a construction project management framework, which eliminates waste in the processes and is able to react to change. This new innovative management method is a way of dealing with the complex construction projects in order to achieve maximum performance.
By taking part in this online survey you will be contributing to the development of the AgiLean PM Framework. In addition you will get a free soft-copy of the Agilean PM Framework. To get your copy, you need to fill your email address on the last page of the survey.
