Caroline Lassen
Global Head of Project, Programme and Construction Management (Mace Consult)
Caroline is a member of Mace’s Consultancy Board and leads our Project, Programme and Construction Management offering globally, leading over 2,500 project professionals. She is responsible for service excellence and global consistency, ensuring that we have the right skills in the right locations and that we are growing our service offer in response to client needs and market trends.
Having been at Mace for nearly 20 years working across multiple sectors and global locations and previously running both our Public Sector Property business and our Highways business in the UK, she is executive sponsor for a number of client accounts, from Parliament to the Ministry of Justice with whom we run several major programmes. She is passionate about being a true Delivery Partner, nurturing emerging talent, supporting diversity and inclusion and broadcasting our distinctive culture.
Caroline is a Civil Engineer by background, Sponsor of the Pride at Mace Network, sits on WIG’s Infrastructure Advisory Council and in 2016 she won the Best Woman in Consulting category at the European Women in Construction & Engineering Awards.
