Project magazine has changed

How has Project magazine changed?
As a result of reader feedback, from March 2015,  Project  magazine has re-launched as a quarterly journal providing the greater depth of coverage our readers were telling us they were looking for. At nearly 100 pages per issue, readers are now receiving the same amount of content as they always have done, less frequently, but with more depth. In addition, we will continue to invest more in our digital offering including an extensive archive of Project articles. For more details behind the change, please  read the Future of Project magazine blog .

Why have we changed? 
Through our annual  Project  readership survey, we have seen a change in reader behaviour which has shown that although the magazine was highly regarded, the numbers reading every issue have been falling in recent years.

Our research showed that members want a printed magazine, but they don’t have time to read a monthly and that they need more in-depth features focussing on professional practice.

Over the year readers will receive the same amount of content, but with more in-depth focus on project, programme and portfolio management practice.

In addition, this is now an improved digital offering allowing for a much broader range of content and including an online archive of articles available to members, along with more news and articles and a regular newsletter.

Project and Network magazine had merged, a section called Network will be retained including more news from APM, the branches and the SIGs throughout the journal.
