Lisa Martello

Lisa is a Director at ResoLex, a strategic advisory consultancy specialising in strengthening the social, behavioural and cultural components crucial to achieving desired outcomes within major project environments.

A project manager by trade, Lisa has more than 15 years’ experience leading and supporting major construction projects in the UK and Australia. Her projects have included airports, stations, bridges and viaducts, power and cooling, behavioural change, and facilities upgrades.

Lisa holds a degree in management, IT and Spanish from the University of York, and a master’s degree in project and enterprise management from UCL, as well as several project management qualifications.

In her spare time, Lisa is learning Italian and running her ‘side hustle’ called Catching Bees, which uses creative digital content and storytelling to drive better behavioural standards in the workplace.
