Rudy is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) and APM Fellow (FAPM), with a proven track record in delivering complex programmes and major projects across various sectors.

Rudy is a Technical Director at WSP, a world class global engineering and professional services firm, where he is part of the Senior Leadership Team in Project and Commercial Management (PMCM) for civils, infrastructure, and utilities. He provides strategic leadership to strengthen project delivery capability nationally.

With leadership foundations built over 10 years, initially in defence, Rudy has progressed into senior roles, achieving multiple professional qualifications and completing a 20-month global leadership programme. He is a highly collaborative and purpose-led professional, passionate about inclusive leadership and the development of the next generation of project managers. By demonstrating empathy, engaging in active listening, and exercising decisive leadership, Rudy drives innovation, nurtures cohesive team environments, and adapts to change and complexity, ensuring collective success.
