Lina is responsible for a number of strategic projects looking at building competence, process and digital tools to drive best-in-class MMC delivery across Balfour Beatty.

She is also the Co-Founder of SheBuilds Collective – an online network showcasing inspirational women in the engineering industry and providing a space for open conversations about how we improve the industry for the future.
