Diana Varvariha

Trainee Project Manager,Turner and Townsend

Diana Varvariha is a Trainee Project Manager at Turner & Townsend and is now in her second year of the apprenticeship programme. She plays an active role in delivering complex projects & programmes in the Environment and Offshore Wind sectors, working with key clients including the Environment Agency and The Crown Estate. Diana’s contributions include the likes of programme definition and setup, governance, project planning, and benefits management, where she supports coordination across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure projects are well‑structured and effectively managed.

Prior her role at Turner & Townsend, Diana built a career in music education, teaching piano, guitar, singing and music theory and leading Music Summer Courses at a local music school. This experience has shaped her adaptable and collaborative approach, blending creativity with structured planning, which she now brings to her role with Turner & Townsend in the delivery of major infrastructure initiatives.
