Dr Gloria Oliomogbe

Senior Lecturer, Coventry University

Dr Gloria Oliomogbe is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at Coventry University London and Course Director for the MBA in Leadership in the Digital Age. She currently leads modules on Digital, Data and Decision making Skills and Project Management in the Digital Era on the MSc International Project Management programme.

Since May 2024, she has embedded generative AI across four modules, working collaboratively with the AI Champion, Academic Skills Unit and course teams to ensure responsible, inclusive and industry aligned student engagement with digital and AI tools. Her teaching enables students to develop digital confidence through active, social, authentic learning tasks whilst considering Ethics and Sustainability.

She holds a PhD in Engineering Project Management from the University of Leeds. Her research spans AI in Higher Education, project management and digital transformation, with particular interest in project value derived from project management deployment and the intangible benefits that contribute to organisational competitiveness.
