CEO/Founder, Projecting Success

Martin Paver is the Founder and Executive Chair of Projecting Success and a leading voice on the application of data, analytics and AI to real-world project delivery.

He works with major organisations across defence, infrastructure, energy and government to help them move beyond artefact-heavy delivery and towards better decision-making under uncertainty. His work focuses on how data and AI can be used to improve judgement, resilience and delivery confidence rather than simply automate current tasks.

Martin co-chairs the Project Data Analytics Coalition, a practitioner-led ecosystem bringing together organisations such as the Ministry of Defence, Rolls-Royce, EDF, United Utilities and others to develop and share next-generation delivery methods. He is also the architect of the Project Data Analytics apprenticeship and the author of the Next Generation series of books on risk, assurance and PMOs.

At APM’s Data and AI Conference, Martin will explore how advanced data analytics and AI will transform how PMOs operate.
