Nina leads Government Project Delivery’s Data and AI programme which aims to harness the potential of data and AI to deliver better project outcomes.

Nina and her team work in collaboration across government to enhance the professions’ data skills and capabilities, create a culture of responsible experimentation with AI and improve data quality and data sharing.

Nina is a Senior Programme Manager with 30 years' experience in programme and portfolio management, finance and risk across both the public and private sector (FTSE 100 and consultancy).

Before joining NISTA, worked at UK Parliament - gaining unique experience of the start-up phases of the Palace of Westminster Restoration & Renewal and the Buckingham Palace Reservicing Programmes, Unilever and PwC.
